Itinerary

                                                                 

Day 1: Arrive in Maumere and relax at the hotel Maumere. [D]

Day 2: Road to Moni. Lunch will be prepared by a small restaurant near the white sandy beach of the Paga village. After lunch drive to Moni. Overnight in a local house. [B, L, D].
Day 3: Early morning drive up to Kelimutu volcano to admire the sunrise. At the top of Kelimutu  you can view  the  stunning  three colored lakes then walk around the crater . After the crater we'll drive down to Moni for breakfast then continue on the road to Riung. On the way to Riung we will visit the traditional village of Lio and  the blue stone beach . Embark on a boat. Camping on the beach. [B, L,D]
Day 4: Visit the marine park of 17 Island. Observe the flying foxes, snorkeling and relax on a white sandy beach island. Camping on the beach. [B, L, D]
Day 5: Back to Riung and take the road to Bajawa.. Afternoon relaxing in the hot spring. Overnight in a traditional house. [B, L, D].

Day 6: Trek from village to village to meet the people of Ngada. . Overnight in the different village around Ngada regency. [B, L, D]..

Day 7: Trek to Ena bahara beach. Camping on the beach. [B, L, D]

Day 8: Drive to Denge, the starting point of the trek to Waerebo village. On the way  stop  to see the process of  arak distillation (traditional liquor). Night in Denge (local house).  [B, L, D].
Day 9: Trek to Waerobo (3-4 hours), isolated in the mountains. The only remaining  traditional village of Manggarai with old conical traditional house . Overnight in Waerebo traditional manggarai house. [B, L, D].    

Day 10: Descend to Denge (3-4 hours walking). After lunch drive to Warsawe Village. Overnight in local house. [B, L, D].
Day 11: Visit the Cunca Wulang waterfalls (trek about 2 hours there and back), swim, and picnic. After lunch travel through to Labuan Bajo to embark on a traditional boat. Overnight on the boat close to the flying fox island to observe the flying foxes out of  their own home to find the food. [B, L, D].
Day 12: Sail to Rinca. Walk on the island and see the giant Komodos. Snorkeling and relaxing on the red beach (Pantai Merah). Overnight on the boat. [B, L, D].

Day 13: Sail to Komodo, a walk on the island to see the Komodo dragons. Swim with manta rays if conditions permitting, relax on a white sandy beach. Evening barbeque on a small island, night on the boat. [B, L, D].
Day 14: Sail to Bidadari Island for snorkeling island, than  return to Labuan Bajo. Overnight

 at the hotel.  End of the trip.

This trip requires good physical condition

EQUIPMENT TO BRING:

► A small backpack for walking

► Several pairs of cotton socks for the trek
► A  rain coat

► Anti-mosquito cream
► Light cotton T-shirts
► Light  long pants and several shorts
► First aid kit

ACCOMPANIST

Indonesian guide speaking English or French, knowing perfectly the island.

PORTER

Porter only used to bring the fresh vegetable, fruits, mineral water and the equipment of camping and sleeping. You will bring your personal effect. Big bags can be store in the car.

Insurance (repatriation ,...) is recommended to take in your home country.

PRICE (min 4 persons): 19.670.000 rupiah/persons

The price includes:
Accommodations, an English speaking guide, car with driver, traditional  boats in Riung (open deck) and Komodo Park (cabin fan simple); all entrances and donations fees, drinking water,  masks and fins, all meals, rangers and porters.

Price doesn't include:
The drinks other than water, flights, excess luggage and Airport Taxes.
